Terms and Conditions for the 5 Year Platinum Package Christmas iPad Giveaway

1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Stocks in Global Group Pty Ltd, operating the website stocksinglobal.com.au.

2. Eligibility:

  • The giveaway is open to anybody who purchases a 5 year platinum package subscription at the full price of $4,800 during the eligibility period.

  • Employees of Stocks in Global Group Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Offer:

  • Participants who purchase a 5-year Platinum Subscription online for $4,800 will receive a free 10.9-inch iPad Wi-Fi 64GB up to the value of $599 each.

  • Offer valid while stocks last, Stocks in Global will not be held accountable for any disruption of supply from Apple or any other supplier of the IPads.

4. How to Participate:

  • Purchase a 5-year Platinum Subscription during the promotional period for the full price of $4,800.

  • No additional action is required to claim the iPad; it will be shipped within 1 week of the purchase.

5. Promotional Period:

  • The giveaway begins on 11 December 2024 at 00:01 and ends on 20th December 2024 at 23:59, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

  • Purchases made outside this period will not qualify for the giveaway.

6. Delivery of Giveaway Item:

  • The iPad will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase confirmation.

  • Stocks in Global Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as courier services or customs. Delivery confirmation by the carrier will be considered adequate confirmation that the purchaser has received the goods in adequate condition.

7. Conditions of the iPad:

  • The iPad provided is brand new and comes with the standard manufacturer or retailers warranty.

  • No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of the giveaway item will be allowed.

8. Refund Policy:

  • If the subscription purchase is canceled or refunded, the iPad must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of cancellation.

  • If the iPad is not returned or is returned damaged, the participant will be charged the retail value of the iPad and this will be withheld in the value of their original subscription until the iPad is received in adequate condition.

9. General Terms:

  • Stocks in Global Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • By participating in this giveaway in any form, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the general terms of service available on stocksinglobal.com.au.

10. Privacy Policy:

  • Any personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at stocksinglobal.com.au/privacy-policy.

11. Disclaimers:

  • Stocks in Global Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any technical or human errors in the administration of this giveaway.
