Previously, Christopher served as a Data Analyst at ANZ Banking Group, where he led data remediation projects to meet regulatory standards and elevate data governance within the markets division. Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Qlikview, he delivered impactful analysis, automated reporting, and optimised data quality earning recognition for delivering critical solutions under tight deadlines.

Before joining ANZ, Christopher refined his problem-solving and client engagement skills at 3M Australia as a CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) Representative. He managed complex credit processes, investigated quality issues, and collaborated across departments to resolve customer concerns, significantly improving turnaround times and operational outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Christopher gained experience as a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) Operator at Law In Order, where he managed document analysis, data extraction, and quality assurance.
